Allison’s Gourmet Catering has the answer……we are now offering “From Allison’s Kitchen to Your’s….”!   We take the stress from your dinnertime dilemma and make it easy for you to pick and choose from a variety of meal solutions.  Our goal is provide you with the convenience of ‘one-stop’ shopping by providing complete entrees with prepared ingredients so all you have to do is heat and serve!

1. Log onto: www.allisonsofmilton.com.

2. Click on “From Allison's Kitchen to Yours...”

3. Select either 6, 9 or 12 delicious meals from our ‘online menu’ and Allison’s Kitchen staff will prepare entrees for pick up or delivery.  Everything sealed in a freezer bag and ready for your freezer.

4. Review your order and then enter your customer information. 

5. Enter your payment information.

6. At dinner time, follow the preprinted instructions on the label.  Most of our entrees go from the refrigerator to the table in 30 minutes.

12 entrees serving 4 to 6 people = $318.00
($4.42 per serving based on six servings per entrée)

9 entrees serving 4 to 6 people = $256.00
($4.74 per serving based on six servings per entrée)

6 entrees serving 4 to 6 people = $174.00
($4.83 per serving based on six servings per entrée)

Pricing – Splitting the Entrees

Split your 12 entrees into 24 entrees, each serving 2-3 people
– Add $15.00

Split your 9 entrees into 18 entrees, each serving 2-3 people
– Add $ 12.00

Split your 6 entrees into 12 entrees, each serving 2-3 people
– Add $10.00

Ordering Policy

All orders must be placed a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled pick-up time.  Payment must be made by VISA or MasterCard by calling the office at 905-875-2962 prior to pick-up or delivery (for a nominal charge).

Food Safety from Our Kitchen to Yours

• Your refrigerator temperature should be at 40º F or below.

• Your freezer temperature should be below 0º.

• Your refrigerator and freezer should be no more than 75% full in order to run efficiently…this leaves room for air to circulate.

• Cook foods to their proper internal temperature:

  • 145º--- Beef, Lamb and Veal steaks & roasts, medium rare (medium 160º F);

  • 145º--- Fish;

  • 160º--- Ground Beef, Pork, Veal & Lamb. Pork Chops, Ribs & Roasts; Egg Dishes;

  • 165º--- Ground Turkey & Chicken; Stuffing & Casseroles;

  • 170º--- Chicken & Turkey Breasts.

  • 180º--- Chicken & Turkey, whole bird, legs, things & wings;

Keep cold foods cold and hot food hot!  The food temperature danger zone is between 41º F and 141º F when bacteria can grow rapidly between these two temperatures.

It would be wise to discard any food left out at room temperature for more than two hours and one hour if the temperature was above 90º F.

Place leftovers in shallow containers and put in the refrigerator...reheat any leftovers to an internal temperature of 165º F.
